Continuing education is one of our Core Values her at Central Ohio Spine and Joint.  As a chiropractor, we are required to receive 36 hours every two years in order to maintain our license.  To put our passion for continuing education into perspective, Dr. Leonard has currently achieved over 200 hours in the last year and a half. We constantly strive to provide our patients with the highest quality care and this means constantly learning and improving our own skills.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) has been a benchmark of our practice since the day we opened the doors. Dr. Leonard has been studying and practicing DNS over the last 7 years.

This past Fall, Dr. Leonard finish the last of a three part series to become certified as a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercise Trainer. We use the concepts of DNS not only in the management of our patients but also within our medically-integrated fitness programs.   As a certified Exercise Trainer Dr. Leonard helps people integrate back into fitness after an injury, perform at their capacity and train at the safest and highest level possible.
