Headaches, Cervicogenic Pain and or Tension Headaches can effect patients of all ages. They are commonly associated with pain in either the neck, head or scalp.  There are multiple types of headaches but the most common we see here at Central Ohio Spine and Joint include cervicogenic and tension headaches.

Both cervicogenic and tension headaches are the result of a number of different factors and usually are not usually due to a singular symptoms. Causes can include tightness in the cervical joints and muscles, TMJ dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies and food allergies to name a few.
