Adjustments, massage therapy, acupuncture, are just a piece of your own health puzzle. The other piece is fitness. Central Ohio Spine and Joint offers all of these things in one location to help you succeed in creating the healthy life you want to have. The doctors and trainers there also are matter-of-fact and share their opinions based on their knowledge and recommendations. When it comes to my health, I prefer things not to be sugarcoated and that my doctors have real life views on how to help me succeed with my health goals.

Within moments of having my adjustment completed for the first time, relief was felt in regards to my headache and upper back/neck tightness. I highly recommend Central Ohio Spine and Joint due to the multiple offerings in one location. It’s up to us to take care of our bodies and Central Ohio Spine and Joint offers many things that can help us succeed in taking charge of our health.
John SpitaleJune 11, 2024I was looking for a quick fix via medicine or cupping. Dr. Leonard examined me and asked several questions to truly understand the cause of the pain. Acknowledging medicine or cupping may be necessary, Dr. Leonard and team had me work on targeted stretches and exercises, plus changes in my normal routine like alternating standing/sitting at work. We recalibrated every few weeks and now a few months later I am dramatically better without the need for medication, cupping, etc. One more important thing... Dr. Leonard does not milk a relationship and insist on returning frequently to get more money. We left it that I will decide if I feel a change in my abilities. This is a most welcome mindset for any patient.
